Having spent most of his formative years in Kamloops, Matt is no stranger to the community. He earned his real estate license in 2008 and his managing broker license in 2020. Since day one, he has been doing everything he can to exceed his clients’ expectations. It’s this passion and ambition that pushed him to open his own brokerage, Engel & Völkers Kamloops, in 2019 with his brother and business partner, Chris.

Matt’s commitment to excellence is what drove him to seek out a brand that brings more to the table, not only for his clients, but for himself and his fellow Real Estate Advisors. He found this level of service with Engel & Völkers and knew immediately that he needed to bring it into the Kamloops market. Even while managing the office, Matt continues to sell real estate and even earned the President’s Circle status in 2022.

During his downtime, he can be found spending time with his wife and two sons, as well as golfing, skiing, and traveling.
