Initial Consultation

Every Seller's journey begins with a conversation - whether in person or over the phone. Before diving into the details, we take the time to understand your goals, timeline, and priorities, laying the groundwork for a strategy tailored to you.

Market Analysis

Typicially taking place at your home (or in our office, if preferred), this step is where we walk you through our marketing services in detail and provide a clear picture of comparable active and recently sold listings - giving you an informed understanding of exactly where your property stands in today's market.

Marketing Campaign

No two properties are the same, so no two marketing strategies should be either. At this stage, we identify the marketing tools best suited to showcase your home and begin preparing everything needed to bring that strategy to life.

Listing Preparation

This is where things move quickly. We coordinate professional photography, and depending on the property, a Matterport tour and/or video tour. We'll also finalize all the required listing documents, secure any additional paperwork/documents that are needed, and arrange for signage to be installed at your property (if desired). 

Going Live!

Once everything is ready, your listing is entered into our MLS platform by our Listing Coordinator and reviewed by your Real Estate Advisor before going live. Once on MLS, we launch your listing across social media, our two office websites, and beyond - officially introducing your home to the Kamloops market. 

You will be notified once your listing is live, allowing you the chance to review it too and make any tweaks you see fit.
