Marina brings organization, attention to detail, and a calm, proactive approach to every transaction. She coordinates closely with our Advisors, clients, mortgage brokers, and inspectors to keep each transaction moving smoothly from accepted offer to possession day - giving both clients and Advisors peace of mind to focus on what matters most.

Outside the office, Marina is a proud mom of three who enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of everything Kamloops has to offer.

Michelle joined Matt and Chris over 9.5 years ago when they were with their previous brokerage, and played an integral role in opening Engel & Völkers Kamloops - managing administrative and conveyancing duties while the office was built from the ground up. Now as our Conveyancer and Operations Manager, Michelle manages the paperwork and legal details behind every transaction, in addition to overseeing office operations and leading onboarding and administrative training for new Advisors.

In her spare time, Michelle can be found playing video games, reading, and going for long walks.

Bo Macias brings nearly 20 years of real estate industry experience to Engel & Völkers Kamloops, including a background in conveyancing. A veteran of the Kamloops real estate scene, she's a familiar and respected face throughout the local industry.

Now in her second year with our brokerage, Bo manages our accounting and bookkeeping, keeping the financial side of the office running smoothly.

In her downtime, Bo can be found taking her two dogs on adventures, spending time with friends and family, or tending to her garden.
